Refund policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards, sale items, and personal care products (due to hygiene reasons) cannot be returned.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support at support@calmbeautystore.com to initiate a return.
- Our team will provide you with a return address and instructions.
- Ship the product back to us at your own cost unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges:
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
